Bargaining and Grievance Committee

The Association is the sole bargaining agent for its members.  It deals with all matters affecting the Association and its members in the area of the collective agreement and its administration.  It also investigates all requests for the endorsement of grievances and upon the endorsement, proceeds through the grievance procedure.  Lastly, the Committee investigates all matters pertaining to the discipline or potential discipline of the Association’s members.
